Koncar - Model KONREG S1000 -Digital Voltage Regulator
An all-in-one excitation system for brushless and small synchronous generators, motors, and motor-generator sets. With its compact design, small dimensions, and integrated power converter, the KONreg S1000 is the perfect fit for brushless synchronous generators, motors, and motor-generator sets. It supports a variety of communication protocols and comes equipped with multiple communication interfaces, providing flexibility in integration.
The system is capable of regulating up to 25 A (40 A for 10 seconds) and 375 Vdc. At its core is an automatic voltage regulator (AVR) with a customizable PID controller. Additionally, advanced controllers like the power factor regulator or cos(φ) regulator are integrated. For added redundancy, a PI-type excitation current regulator is included, alongside an automatic synchronization function.
KONreg S1000 enables straightforward parameter configuration, real-time signal monitoring, and waveform recording via a PC or HMI device.
Its flexible digital control platform incorporates numerous subsystems, all designed to optimize energy production and ensure the generator operates safely and efficiently.
