The high-voltage vacuum reverser competently coordinates the operation of the drive of ore lifting devices. Vacuum contactors and auxiliary auxiliary contacts built into the product make it possible to renovate the motor, as well as to quickly decelerate the stator with a permanent current from the external resource.
RVV devices consist of three vacuum contactors mounted in a metal cabinet-type frame. The frame contains surge arresters of the arrester series, the cabinet is equipped with two doors, which guarantee two-way supply of the reverser. An electrical interlock is provided, which is triggered when the doors open or close and prevents the parallel connection of the coil circuits of both drives.
The contactors of the product allow the reversal of the electric motor, as well as the dynamic braking of the stator of the electric motor by direct current. The reversing contactors are not designed to interrupt short-circuit currents, so the device must be powered from a properly protected cabinet. Coordination of work is carried out remotely with the help of a controller. The cable routed to the motor is protected by overload limiters. The reverser is equipped with two easily removable eyelets for transportation. The device is manufactured on SIEMENS vacuum contactors according to GOST 14693-90 and GOST 12.2.007.4-75.
The hermetically made YAKNO hull is divided into four compartments, has a rigid structure and is designed for frequent movements in rocks and high shock loads. On the roof of the cell there are canopies that prevent rainwater from getting inside. All controls, fixing and calculating the measurement of consumed energy for the convenience of the consumer are brought together in one compartment. The device is equipped with a complex of interlocks to prevent incorrect personnel operations and the operation of the device in the presence of any malfunctions. The mesh fence allows for a safe and convenient two-way inspection of the product. The output of the connecting busbars can be made both through the bottom and through the side walls of the cubicle. The joints are protected and made of high-strength materials.
