Electric Heating Distiller

Electric heating distiller has column still design and pot still design

The column still is more efficient alternative to the pot still , it is capable of continuous distillation

By reheating the liquid ,rather than requiring distillation in batches and can produce higher ABV spirits than the pot stills

The device consists of two columns which contain a number of compartments separated by heated plates. The plates are perforated with small holes to permit the upward passage of steam and spirit vapor, which is condensed to become spirits.

Distillation columns (distillation towers) are made up of several components, each of which is used either to transfer heat energy or enhance material transfer. A typical distillation column consists of several major parts:

Multifunctional copper still can be used for distilling whisky ,gin ,brand and rum etc

Whisky copper still used the tradional secondary pot still

Vodka copper still with multi section towers ,it can reach 95%APV

Brand copper still use the traditional pot still construction

The electric heating distiller use the electric heating element to heating the still pot

We have 2 type electric heating method ,one is heating at the boiler directly ; the other one is heating at the jacket with water or oil .
