- In this design the oil is passing inside the tubes. In these tubes resistance heaters are placed. The oil is passing through these heated tubes.
- The tube orientation and the number of oil passes are selected to obtain the highest efficiency and the safest operation.
- The electrical resistance heat load is selected to be around 3 W/cm2.
- Multiple flanged connected resistance heaters are selected to be able to continue the boiler operation in case of a heater element failure.
- The boiler body is designed according to PED2014/68 directive and CE marked.
- Hinged door for easy access to the heating element is provided. By this way the replacement and maintenance of the heaters can be done easily.
- It consists of ETOH boiler body, pipes, heater resistance connection flanges and control nozzles. Material selections are made in accordance with the operating pressure of the boiler.
- EN12953, EN12952, DIN4754, EN13445 & EN1090 norms are followed where
- applicable.
