smartDieCast - Extremely Energy-efficient System
We offer our extremely energy-efficient system smartDieCast especially for use in aluminum printing, which reliably and cost-savingly combines the technologies “ultrafiltration” and “vacuum evaporator” in three stages and makes optimal use of them.
High energy efficiency
Energy-saving heat recovery from the permeate is integrated. The system is designed for heat recovery from, for example, a compressor circuit (hot water approx. 80-90°C).
High flexibility
It is a three-stage system with pretreatment, a fully automatic ultrafiltration system for up to 10,000 l/h and a vacuum evaporator with an output of 50-500 l/h (depending on the size of the UF system). The system consists of completely ready-to-use compact systems with processing capacities of 1,000 to 10,000 l/h* including automatic flushing device. Existing evaporators or vacuum evaporators can also be optimized and integrated.
