Exxelia Ohmcraft - Model HVC Series - High Voltage Chip Resistors

Ohmcraft's High Voltage Chip Resistors (HVC Series) leverage the patented Micropen® precision printing technology to deliver robust, thick-film high voltage surface mount resistors. The precision of Micropenned serpentine patterns ensures excellent electrical properties. These resistors are available in an extensive range of standard case sizes, from 0402 to 5020, with custom sizes available upon consultation. Their maximum power rating is ohmic value dependent, with careful consideration needed to ensure the applied voltage does not exceed this rating. The components feature a 96% alumina substrate, thick film resistive element, epoxy encapsulation, and termination options like tin over nickel barrier or lead solder over nickel barrier. Ideal for applications demanding reliable high voltage performance, such as medical, test & measurement, power supply, defense, and aerospace sectors. All parts are packaged to EIA-481 tape and reel specifications, with custom configurations available on request.
