Falcon Wings - Pallet Changer Machine

The pallet changer machine begins the operation when the two platforms apply lateral pressure to the product. You will be able to lift the product from the pallet, and then with mobile pallet changer’s joystick you will inserts the extendable blades at the base of the load for further security. 

At this point, it is possible to replace manually the pallet by pallet jack or by a forklift. 

They make the load more stable and the pressure applied to the products can be regulated. This portable pallet changeris suitable for handling all types of unstable, fragile, or non-tipping products. .

Thanks to the mobility of this pallet changer machine, the operation ends with the unload of the product on the new pallet. When you have placed the load on the new pallet,  you will be able also to extract the blades for bringing them back to the initial position.

Finally, the portable pallet changer will open the pressers to release the load on the pallet. 

During the pallet change operation,  the machine will clamp the product in total safety. If you have a very delicate product don’t worry, this solution will gently handle your load by safe lateral pressure.

“Falcon Wings” is an electrically powered trolley operated by tiller controls and powered by battery. Its main feature is handling fragile, unstable and non-tipping products thanks to two blades that goes under the product when lifting from the pallet.

It is a versatile solution that can perform the pallet change operation quickly and in very confined spaces. It is equipped with a wire control for managing the operations from the front of the machine, to facilitate the insertion of the two blades.
