This electric arc welding robot allows easy handling during finishing welding. The presence of cables with welding monitoring sensor eliminates the interference of the robot with the peripherals and equipment of the working cell, thus improving the overall reliability of the system.

Spherical joint for high density layouts

The burner hose package as well as additional accessories such as welding cord monitoring sensor cables, viewing cables or air ducts are guided through its arm and spherical joint, allowing it to fully articulate the arm to fit into the narrow spaces. This electric arc welding robot has the largest spherical joint in its class, 57 mm.

Largest spherical reducer J1 (108 mm)

Due to the facilitated finishing welding, the third-party power supplies and sensor cables from the robot flange can be guided through axis 1. This feature allows the design of more compact welding cells with less interference with peripheral equipment.
