Incinco - Model FS150 -Fire Stream General Waste Incinerator
The FS150 for waste streams up to 2,400kg/day. The FS150 Incinerator is a cutting-edge solution designed to handle various waste types with ease. The FS150 is a highly flexible solution based on client requirements - The FS150 is a front-loaded incinerator with the option to have it fitted with a fully automatic loading system featuring our Ram Loader and Bin Tipper Systems as well as optional Gas Cleaning / APC if required to meet any of the current emissions standards world wide.

The FS150 Incinerator is a compact unit within our FS range, designed to burn/process waste at a rate of up to 150kg/hr The primary chamber allows for the loading of a mixture of waste types from low-high density waste.
The FS150 benefits from two primary burners completed with an automatic combustion air system to ensure good combustion conditions within the primary chamber.
The gases released from the waste in the combustion chamber then flow through into the secondary chamber this also has two secondary / after burners and an additional combustion air system to maintain the chamber temperature of 850oC (1,050oC if Hazardous Waste)
The FS150 has a multi layered / tri layered approach to refractory resulting in high thermal efficiency as well as delivering a reliable incineration cycle.
There are multiple loading options available - as standard you can load manually through the front facing loading door which includes viewing ports to allow the operator to safely monitor the incineration cycles. This prevents overloading to ensure you have consistent results from each operation cycle.
Additional loading systems are available with a fully automatic loading system featuring our Ram Loader and Bin Tipper Systems. The FS150 is accompanied by a fully automatic control system with HMI. The machine is completely automatic.
The FS150 has been designed with a modular approach with many configurations and can configured as a containerised unit for remote sites, such as camps, oil & gas sites, mine sites and disaster zones.
Design principles
As with all Incinco incinerators the FS150 incorporates a primary chamber for incinerating waste, leading into a secondary chamber to process the gas with a 2 second retention enabling environmentally sustainable operation.
We also offer advanced filtration options including our ceramic filtration system. Whilst we also offer wet gas scrubbers and Venturi systems, The need for filtration systems will depend upon your waste stream and environmental permit.
