Flash Drying Process

First, the wet materials are distributed into the hot air stream through the drying duct. The materials dry as it gets distributed, and the products are separated by cyclones or bag filters. Usually, after cyclones, the bag filters will clean exhaust gases until the current emission requirements are met. If your materials require greater thermal efficiency, then you can use our machine for recycling exhaust gases.
