Experia - Flexible PV Panels Production Line Machine

Experia Technology makes special plastic solar panels glass-free and frame-free. The assembly line is flexible and customized to produce more than 10 different types of flexible panels, ultra-light (2 kg/sqm) and ultra-thin (1,7 mm thick). Experia machines works with crystalline and metal CIGS cells, from the little 20W to 130W to the long narrow panels; The production line can be semi-automatic, simply automated or with anthropomorphic dedicated robots for the handling of PV strings and panels.

Many testing and inspection station can be implemented to the production line: electroluminescence and solar flash tester can be integrated in the layup station or along the production line, before and after the lamination.  For traceability and production quality issues, it is possible to identify each PV panels by its own serial number. The flash test report, the materials list and the process parameters are generated and stored for each serial number. Experia enables customers to produce large scale photovoltaic system on industrial roofs that are light, flexible, thin and affordable.
