The E-TOR-110 device is designed to take power from a 110 kV high-voltage industrial frequency network, and convert it into low-voltage electrical power of 220 V. It can power both elements of the metering system and individual devices, for example, anti-icing of wires.

The e-TOR-110 device consists of an overhead or support high-voltage converter suspended on a power transmission line support or mounted on a support structure and an output cable. It can also be equipped with an uninterruptible power supply cabinet.
The high-voltage converter is a combined step-down transformer 110 / 0.22 kV with a power from 300 to 1000 W. Its distinctive feature is the ability to work in any position, small dimensions and weight (no more than 120 kg). The insulation does not contain flammable and explosive components, which makes the e-TOR device maintenance-free and resistant to external environmental factors.
