The Gardner Denver TR20 screw compressor is the latest machine to be developed for efficient unloading of dry bulk products from road tankers. With the restrictions of space that legislation and other factors have imposed, installing a compressor of sufficient capacity for the discharge of a wide variety of products onto six wheel and short wheel base vehicles can be a challenge. The TR20 solves this. Specifically developed for the dry bulk market, the TR20 is designed to discharge all products efficiently, reliably, and quietly.

Drive Shaft
Elevated drive shaft position provides maximum flexibility for direct PTO propshaft positioning when on restricted chassis installations.
Rotors
Coated steel screw rotors allow for maximum strength, performance and corrosion resistance.
Torque Limiting Coupling
Unique Torque limiting coupling that fits directly onto the TR20 drive shaft is specially designed to protect the gearbox PTO from overloading and any potential damage.
Inlet Flange
A low profile inlet flange reduces the installation envelope.
Outlet Ports
Outlet flanges positioned on both sides of the compressor provide increased mounting flexibility.

Low Outlet Temperature

Compact & Lightweight DesignOur designs allow for a simplified installation onto 6x2 and 6x4 tractor units or where space is limited for PTO direct drive and increased operational efficiency through weight saving (extra payload) and a simplified drive method.
The TR20 screw compressor is available in two rotation directions to suit all PTO drive options and is ideal for installation on various 6x2 and 6x4 chassis truck configurations. The TR20 compressor produces a high air flow at pressures up to 2.2 bar (g), offering a versatile performance envelope covering multiple dry bulk applications.

Alongside other Gardner Denver products, the TR20 screw truck mounted compressor is specifically designed to be optimised for Dry Bulk applications. The TR20 combines the high capacity requirements of Dry Bulk compressors with low weight and compact dimensions that allow it to be installed inside the chassis of the latest generation of Euro 6 Tractor Units. With a displacement rate of up to 1,060 m3/hr, the TR20 is sized to discharge all products from cement to plastic pellets.
