BIOLAK - Gas Liquid System

Simple structure with HDPE-sealed ground basin and integrated acidification, gas storage and final clarification result in:

Low space requirements and tow-stages structure with “adjusted” anaerobic sludge result in:

• Low space requirements, approx 25% compared to purely aerobic treatment

• Balancing out of the incoming gas over the course of the week
• Optimal use of compensation for energy fed into the grid and investment subsidies for alternative energy production
• Cleaning level up to 85-90 % CSB depletion

BIOLAK^®GAS Liquid uses the ground basin construction method with HDPE basin sealing and is therefore robust and secure during earthquakes. Minor settlements of soil can be compensated for by the HDPE foil, avoiding leaks.

BIOLAK GAS Liquid is used for the treatment of industrial sewage. BIOLAK GAS Liquid can be used for CSB values from approx. 2000 mg/l up to several thousand mg/l. The BIOLAK^®GAS Liquid -FFF process (solids fluids fermentation) is used for the treatment of the highly polluted water with organic side-products (e.g. distiller’s wash, rumen, shells etc.).
