GK - Primary Clocked DC Converter Modules
Primary clocked DC converter modules are used, among other things, to generate different (consumer) voltage levels from central DC voltages, also battery-supported. Scope of application: Primary clocked DC converter modules are used, among other things, to generate different (consumer) voltage levels from central DC voltages, also battery-supported. Our clocked DC converter modules for use in the low-voltage range can be connected in parallel in any quantity to increase power and redundancy. The units are designed as plug-in modules for cabinet installation and offer galvanic isolation between input and output. The connections on the front allow easy exchange of the modules. As a special form, we offer DC converters without galvanic isolation on request for adapting e.g. specific battery voltage ranges to specified consumer voltages (function: e.g. “step-up converter”). Due to their design, our modules are ideally suited for a wide range of industrial applications.
- Galvanic isolation between input and output
- High efficiencies
- Parallel switchable without additional control unit
- Compact design with easily accessible connections on the front side
- Fanless design (low noise, no fan replacement necessary)
- High test voltages acc. EN 50124-1 from the railway sector
- Module-specific:
- Integrated decoupling diode
- 2 x IN Short-circuit current, limited to 1.2 to 1.5 s
- Relay interface with potential-free changeover contact (operation / fault)
- Signalling by means of LEDs, partly digital voltmeter
