Secure above ground fuel storage solutions
OTS Group offers above ground fuel storage solutions made from high-quality materials, ensuring safety and security. Our tanks comply with Control of Pollution Regulations, featuring a 20-year Design Life Expectancy and OFTEC OFS T200 certification. Unlike the BS799 Part 5 2010 standard, which only covers the primary tank, the OFTEC OFS T200 certification includes the bund, providing an enhanced specification.
To further optimize fuel storage and management, optional add-ons such as temperature gauges, Perspex weather hoods, and generator options for power outages or remote sites are available.
Bespoke slab/belly tanks for reliable fuel storage in data centres
OTS Group offers high-quality bunded generator base tanks, aka slab or belly tanks, for reliable fuel storage.
Each slab/belly tank is pre-fitted at our factory with a comprehensive array of equipment, including automatic tank gauging, combination high/bund overfill alarms, overfill prevention devices (OPD) and more.
To help minimise the threat of fuel contamination and leakages OTS Group generator base tanks are bunded with a waterproof outer layer. And with capacities ranging from 10,000L to 40,000L, our generator base tanks cater to diverse storage requirements.
AVI Fuel Management for Bespoke Fuel Storage Systems
OTS Group`s above ground fuel storage solutions can be installed with EasyFuel+ Long Range AVI Fuel Management technology, specifically catering to the unique needs of the rail, bus, and coach sectors.
The EasyFuel+ system combines Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) technology with contactless technology to streamline the refuelling process and eliminate manual processes, saving time and reducing operational expenditure. The system also provides quality data for effective fuel consumption management.

Brief & Site Survey
OTS Group job is to understand exactly what you need. Our brief and site survey process considers EA compliance, Health & Safety and client concerns to help to guide you to the right fuel storage solution. From the initial brief and site survey, we produce a detailed proposal that includes CAD drawings of our suggested tank solution & images of recommended equipment.
Planning & DesignOTS Group has invested in additional qualified staff and 3D CAD software to enhance our drawing capabilities, from initial site survey and client briefing, we are able to produce 3D conceptual designs that allow a clear understanding of how the fuelling facility looks and the impact on the available space. Our full “turn-key” solution includes Planning Applications as part of the design & planning process.
Manufacture & Site PrepIn addition to the manufacture of bunded steel tanks in our Gloucestershire factory, OTS’ full “turn-key” solution ensures that any Civil and Electrical Works required to prep the site are covered.
All OTS tanks are designed and built to accord with the Control of Pollution Regulations which require a Design Life Expectancy of 20 years, and OFTEC OFS T200. We provide Conformity Certificates as standard practice.
Delivery & InstallationOTS Group is a tank delivery and installation specialist. When it’s time for installation we work hard to ensure optimal delivery and installation of the tank, pipework, and associated equipment, even in some of the most challenging of environments.
