SiC half bridge power module for powerful inverters; PEB8038 half bridge modules contain two power semiconductors (Silicon Carbide MOSFETs) as well as gate drive and measurement circuits. They enable engineers to rapidly implement powerful inverters to validate converter control techniques in realistic conditions. These modules are often used for 230/400VAC applications such as in experimental microgrids or similar applications.
