The LCZ series tubular pure steam generator is manufactured according to the YY0229 standard. It uses purified water as feed water and is heated with ordinary steam to produce sterile, heat-free pure steam. The steam source can be an external steam source or an electric steam generator manufactured by our company. If an electric steam generator is used, the two products can be integrated into a single design, making it convenient to use and simple to control. Use

Pure steam generators are currently one of the important pieces of equipment used in sterilizers, bioreactors (tank equipment), piping systems (online sterilization), filters, and other applications. Pure steam generators meet the requirements for water for injection in China and several European countries. They are designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with pressure vessel specifications. Pure steam generators can be used in process production lines in the food, pharmaceutical, and bioengineering industries.

Workflow

The raw water is heated by industrial steam in a single-effect preheater. Water for injection is generally produced from purified water through distillation (and also reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration), achieving a chemical purity of up to 99.999% and being pyrogen-free. Since the process of preparing pure steam is the same as that of preparing water for injection from distilled water, the same multi-effect distillation machine or a separate pure steam generator can be used. Therefore, pure steam will be discussed together with water for injection.
