

JIGUO - Model 240t/h - High-Efficiency Low Pollution CFB Boiler for Power Plants
The 240t/h CFB boiler by Jinan Boiler Group Co., Ltd. is a newly designed circulating fluidized bed combustion system optimized for high efficiency and low pollution based on the proven technology of their 220 t/h CFB boilers. This boiler is particularly suited for burning lignite coal with high moisture content, achieving a combustion efficiency of 97%. It incorporates features such as limestone feeding to significantly reduce SO2 emissions and maintains a combustion temperature around 900ºC to control NOx emissions, thus mitigating corrosion and environmental pollution. The resulting ash can be utilized as an aggregate material for cement production. The boiler's structure includes natural circulating water tubes, membrane water-cooling walls, two-stage economizers, and volute-type cyclone separators. The operational parameters include a rated capacity of 240 t/h, a steam pressure of 9.8 MPa, and a steam temperature of 540ºC. This boiler is a new type CFB boiler, which designed and optimized on basis of JBG 220 t/h coal fired CFB Boilers, with high efficiency and low pollution. It can fire Lignite Coal with high moisture.
The boiler adopts circulation fluidized bed combustion type, with high efficiency and low pollution character. Its combustion efficiency is as high as 97%. By limestone feeding when fire with high sulfur content fuel, it can obviously reduce the discharge of SO2. Meanwhile the NOx emission also can be control effectively due to the combustion temperature of boiler at about 900ºC and reduce corrosion on equipment from sulfur and pollution to environment from flue gas. Ash residue is active enough to be used as aggregate materials for cement.
This is a kind of natural circulating water tube boiler with circulating combustion system by adopting volute-type cyclone separators. The furnace is made up of membrane water-cooling wall. The superheaters are divided into high and low temperature stages with the spray desuperheater arranged between the two stages. The two-stage economizers, primary and secondary air preheaters are arranged in the back-end pass.
