Johanson Dielectrics - Model MLCC Series -High Temperature Surface Mount 200°C
High Temperature Surface Mount MLCCs 200°C are designed to offer reliable performance in extreme temperature environments, up to 200°C. These capacitors are constructed to meet high-reliability standards required by military, aerospace, and other critical applications. The 0603 package size, with an X7R dielectric rating, supports a capacitance of 0.01µF ±10%, and operates at 50V. The termination uses a Pd/Ag material that complies with RoHS standards. These MLCCs are available in bulk packaging and come with a comprehensive part number system for easy identification. They are essential in applications requiring high temperature resilience and stability, such as semiconductor processing equipment, and are known for their robust mechanical and electrical characteristics.
Johanson’s high temperature MLCC series exhibit stable performance across an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to +200°C. Both Class I and Class II parts are available with DC voltage ratings of 50,100 and 200V satisfying a wide range of demanding applications.
