1. Payoff

• Tension controlled by electromagnetic brake and precise tension control device.
• Equipped with a dancer Wheel Φ250mm, ensure constant conduct tension from start to end.

2. Horizontal taping machine

• PLC control system, operated by touch screen.
• Bi-directional for each tape head rotation.
• Speed up to 2000RPM.
• Special design for tape, pad type or spool type tape both available.
• Each taping head driven by individual motor and inverter, ensure constant pre-set tape tension from start to end of the tape spool regardless of its size.
• Special design for roller, avoid tape deformation, coat wire close and smooth, ensure product stabilized performance and superior consistency

3. Caterpillar capstan

• The grip is provided by the upper belt track closing down pneumatically onto the lower belt track with the conductor in-between.
• Clamping pressure can be adjustable
• A counter with encoder is fitted to the output side of the caterpillar to enable precise batch length measurement of the taped product.

4. Self-traversing takeup, with PLC control system + HMI

• The bobbin is traversed from side to side at the pre-set rate programmed by the operator via a linear drive system to provide uniform layering.
• Controlled from an operator HMI panel and push buttons mounted on the end of the machine.
• Raise and lower bobbin hydraulically.
• Lock bobbin pneumatically.
• Operation easily and comfortable.

5. PLC control system with color touch screen

• Monitor taping process such as Line speed, batch count, tape tension, tape pitch etc.
• Clockwise or anti-clockwise taping rotation
• Wire broken detectors.
