hyCLEANER - Model solarROBOT compact -Solar Panel Cleaning Machine
The hyCLEANER solarROBOT compact has been specially designed for easy, safe and affordable cleaning for small to medium-sized PV systems of approx. 50 - 2,000 square meters - even for challenging elevated surfaces. The compact size and modularity considered in the design of the PV cleaning robot offer the user many advantages in terms of flexibility and handling, especially on difficult terrain such as roofs. Lightweight components of less than 10 kg per module eliminate the need for work platforms for handling and enable quick assembly by one person. Even when assembled, the machine can now be moved from one row of modules to the next by one person. Special accessories such as edge detection for additional safety can be easily integrated into the modular system. The versatile hose reel for easier hose management can also be combined with the solarROBOT compact.
Up to 1,100 sqm/h cleaning capacity
The compact cleaning robot is equipped with 800mm wide brushes as standard. The offset arrangement is already included as standard, so that it can be increased to a cleaning width of 1,100mm within a few minutes by screwing it over.
Innovative functions in the upgrade
Innovative functions such as our "Auto Stop" edge detection can also be easily retrofitted to the professional version`s little brother for even safer driving.
Flexible use also at elevated heights
The robot was specially designed for small to medium-sized PV systems and is particularly popular on non-contiguous roof systems. Depending on the surface condition, it can be used flexibly at inclinations of up to 20° - even elevated systems can now be cleaned mechanically.
A simple plug & play system
Due to the easy handling and the intuitive design, the machine can be mounted without tools. By means of radio remote control, the machine is easy to operate and allows the operator to achieve an optimal cleaning result without physical effort.
High performance through innovative brush design
For optimum cleaning performance, it is important for us to stick to a large brush diameter for all our cleaning machines. Despite its compact design, the compact has a brush diameter of +/- 250 mm and therefore ensures thorough and gentle cleaning with a high brush rotation speed of +/- 300 rpm.
No part heavier than 10kg
Particular attention was paid to the optimal weight distribution and modularity of the robot. Each of the 6 individual parts weighs less than 10 kg. This makes the machine ideal for simple and easy handling, so that the robot can also be used to climb a ladder in compliance with BG regulations in order to bring it onto the surface.
