Aedes - Model CND Series -Hydraulic Conveyor
The Aedes Model CND Series Hydraulic Conveyor is engineered for efficient inter-row cleaning and debris management, which is ideal for vineyards and orchards. This bilateral hydraulic conveyor effectively moves pruned branches, leaves, and other debris to the center of the carriageway. Designed for front assembly on the tractor drawbar or three-point linkage (specify model and category), it features rotors with rubber scrapers or nylon brushes. The self-leveling system ensures consistent rotor performance, while hydraulic cylinders manage arm elevation and operation. Hydraulic motors power transmission, but connecting hoses to the tractor`s hydraulic system must be custom-fitted during initial installation. Compatible with both front/rear mounts and reverse drive tractors, the unit requires four double-acting hydraulic valves and one single-acting hydraulic valve with free return. Safety protections and CE certification are included.
- BILATERAL hydraulic conveyor for cleaning the inter-row plantings, moving pruned branches, leaves, etc. from the row at the centre of the carriageway
- Front assembly on the drawbar of the tractor (the mounting plate has to be built locally at the moment of the first installation) or on request three-point linkage structure (specify model and category)

- Self-levelling system of the rotors through touch cup and pendulum/swinging arm
- Opening and closing of the arms through a hydraulic cylinder with hoses up to the fitting/ connection plate
- Arm elevation through hydraulic cylinders with hoses up to the fitting/connection plate
- Transmission by hydraulic motors with hoses up to the fitting/connection plate
- WITHOUT connecting hoses from the fitting plate to the hydraulic system of the tractor (these connecting hoses must be made to measure on initial installation)
- Front/rear mount and for tractors with reverse drive (specify at order)
- Safety-protections and “CE” certification
For the operation of this machine, the tractor needs
- FOUR double acting hydraulic valves
- ONE single acting hydraulic valve (permanent oil) with free return
