Hydraulic Pump Power Station

The hydraulic pump station provides continuous operating pressure to the remote control valve connected to it. It is mainly composed of four parts: fuel tank, hydraulic pump, accumulator and control box. The volume of the tank is determined by the sum of the capacities of all the drives connected to the hydraulic pumping station. The accumulator is determined by the capacity required to operate the three largest drives connected to the hydraulic pump station. When the hydraulic pump fails or is powered off or after the work is stopped, the actuator still needs to perform the necessary actions, and the accumulator serves as the emergency power source to provide the specified hydraulic power.
The control box is a monitoring device that controls the pumping station and the operating status of the pumping station in situ.
