2019

Change of Managing Directors at Fäth Group GmbH: The Fäth brothers withdraw from management and transfer their shares to Christian Bürkert Familienbeteiligungs-GmbH & Co. KG

2017

Expansion of the Fäth GmbH Klipphausen branch: The floor space is growing by 3100 m², expanding the clean room capacities by 350 m² to a total of 800 m². Creating modern and flexible use areas with demand-based modification systems permits expansion and optimisation of production and storage space.

2015

Faeth Asia Pacific signed an agreement with Verantis Environmental Solutions Group (USA) to distribute Verantis products in Malaysia. The strategic agreement took effect February 1^st 2015 and gives Faeth Asia Pacific exclusive rights to sell, install, & service the full range of Verantis Environmental Solutions Group products in the states of Penang and Kedah.

Faeth Asia Pacific with HQ in Penang has increased the production capacities by 100% and moved into a bigger factory within the Free Industrial Zone. The new factory holds 25.000 sq. ft. fab shop and clean room space and additional 5.000 sq. ft. of office space.

2014

FAETH Taiwan Co. Ltd. closes deal with Total Systems International, LLC. As of the 1^st of September 2014 FAETH Taiwan becomes the exclusive distributor of TSI products in Taiwan.

FAETH Asia Pacific closes deal with MB Solution Co. on 15th of July 2013. MB Solutions Co. became the exclusive distributor for HighQ-Factory slurry recycling products for the Japanese territory

P.M. Chemical Resist was acquired and joined the Faeth Group in January. The company, formerly known as Plasticon Malaysia, was founded in march 2009 in Malaysia

FAETH Asia Pacific closes deal with IPOSS Tech Inc. in January. IPOSS Tech Inc. became the exclusive distributor for HighQ-Factory Slurry Recycling products for the Korean territory

October sees Fäth open at our Klipphausen location (near Dresden), with a production area of 3,000 sq. m. Stainless steel and plastic production can now be combined at one location

2005

First in-house production of gas tableaus and pre-production of vacuum assemblies in the workshop clean room. Cabinet construction and plastic installations in association with a partner company

As an important technological and research location, Munich is home to several important customers, and this contributes to the continual growth of the company – the Munich team grows to 10 employees

2004

Foundation of Fäth GmbH & Co. KG in October in a small office in Munich

First project: pipeline installation for a large customer in the semiconductor industry

4 employees until end 2004, due to rapid growth, offices and workshop were rented in south Munich (Neuperlach), which have expanded and remained a company location to this day
