Deionized water equipment is an ion exchange system. Its effluent conductivity can be below 1 μS/cm, and its effluent resistivity can reach above 1 MΩ·cm. Depending on different water quality and usage requirements, the effluent resistivity can be controlled between 1 and 18 MΩ·cm. It is widely used in the preparation of ultrapure and high-purity water for industries such as electronics, power generation, chemicals, electroplating, boiler feedwater, and pharmaceuticals.
