Hennig offers industrial generator fuel tanks that come with a variety of certified tank design options. Each tank includes a minimum 110% secondary containment area. The tanks are designed to be lightweight and have a compact footprint, customized to meet specific client requirements. Standard features include a rupture basin alarm, electrical stub-up area, fuel level gauge with sender, 2-inch standard vent, manual locking fill cap, low level alarm package, UL/NFPA sized emergency vents, and a 1/2-inch NPT drain plug. The tanks are finished with either a powder coat or epoxy paint and are tested in accordance with UL requirements. Additional options include secondary containment tanks, open and closed top dikes, various certifications (UL 142, UL 2085, ULC S601), and design adaptations to meet local codes. Custom features such as non-slip walkways, fuel fill alarm panels, stainless steel fuel lines, and specialized monitoring systems are also available.
