These may be constructed with thin or heavy walls, with shell thicknesses reaching up to 180mm, and designed to handle extreme temperatures, whether high or cryogenic. The reactors and drums are customizable based on design specifications, suitable for high-pressure environments or sour service. Options for skid mounting or saddle configurations are available. Ellimetal can supply equipment fully equipped with agitators, internals, heating or cooling coils, and various jacket types. The company has established expertise in fabricating FCC reactor shutdown components like air grids and cyclones, offered with or without refractory lining. Equipment can receive specialized treatments such as PTFE lining or coatings within a controlled environment, ensuring a precise match to client demands. The firm also provides logistical solutions for transporting complex reactors across Europe.
Ellimetal offers a broad variety of reactors and drums: thin-walled or heavy-walled with shell-thicknesses up to 180mm, for high temperatures or cryogenic applications, according to typical or complex design specifications, suitable for high pressures or for sour service, skid mounted or on saddles.
Optionally, we deliver the equipment with agitators, internals, inner heating of cooling coils, full jackets, outer welded half coils, or fully-dressed. Among other things, our team is skilled in the production of FCC reactor shutdown parts, such as air grids, risers, cyclones, plenum and re-generator heads with or without refractory lining.
At our premises, equipment can be PTFE lined, hot sprayed, or coated in a fully-controlled environment according to the client’s specifications.
