Avalon - Model Nexun ULTRA -LED Solar Simulator
The Nexun ULTRA by Avalon is a state-of-the-art LED solar simulator designed specifically for laboratory applications. With an impressive A+++ rating in uniformity, spectrum, and pulse duration, it exceeds the IEC60904-9:2020 standards. The system employs 37 LED types and 32 channels to ensure minimal spectral deviation and a remarkable level of uniformity down to sub 0.4% for a 6-inch cell. This is further enhanced by an automated uniformity robot capable of mapping up to 200 points in less than 10 minutes. The Nexun ULTRA is particularly suitable for highly capacitive HJT technologies, providing precise measurements with its 500ms pulse and dynamic IV technologies. It also features an integrated diagnostic system for constant monitoring and a high-precision 4-quadrant active electronic load with an accuracy of 0.05% FS. The software suite is advanced, offering functionalities like customizable SQL queries, real-time curve tracing, and automated calibration. The automatic uniformity robot allows fast and fully automated measurement of the whole area. The cell size can be adjusted upon needs and the mapping steps and area are fully configurable.
At less than 2 seconds per position, even a 200 points mapping takes less than 10min.
The software integrate a self correction algorithm so that the uniformity can self-adjust in sequence, allowing to reach a uniformity record down to 0.3%.
Want to bring uncertainties even further ? You can configure the robot to match your panel cell position, and measure the uniformity at the same cell position as your panel for maximum accuracy.
SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC
The Nexun Ultra is able to self assess with its diagnostic tool and check each LED for deflective LED, driver unit or communication issue, ensuring the best measurement at all time.
LED LIGHTING
Beyond the integrated diagnostic, the LED can also light in steady-state at low intensity and by single wavelength which allows visual check.
