Minaean SP Construction Corp. was formed by a group of entrepreneurs who wanted to address the severe shortage of dwelling units in developing countries and to meet market demands.

2001

The Vesta Quik-Build System was launched following the major earthquake in the state of Gujarat, India in January.

2002

Construction of 50 low-cost homes was ordered from the Government of Andhra Pradesh, India.

2003

A strategic alliance was formed with India’s conglomerate Tata Steel Ltd., to license and use Minaean SP Construction Corp.’s Vesta Quik-Build System for construction.

2005

The Artisan Quik-Build System launched in Portland, Oregon, as well as in Gujarat, India.

2006

The Modular Quik-Build System was launched. 100 gas stations were fabricated and installed for Shell Marketing Pvt. Ltd. in 24 months.

2007

Three prefabrication plants were set up to execute modular buildings and modular bus shelter contracts.

2009

Completed construction of the first 8 storey building using Minaean’s Artisan QBS – Light Gauge Steel system in Eugene, Oregon, USA

2011

Minaean SP Construction Corp. launched a business promotion wing “Minaean Ghana Inc.” in Accra based on the initiatives from Canadian Commercial Corp. (CCC) to promote affordable housing projects in Ghana.

2015

Indian conglomerate Shapoorji Pallonji acquired a significant holding in Minaean International, which has led to the new name “Minaean SP Construction Corp.”.
