The Alpha³ Facility Edition is an advanced light sheet imaging system that integrates patented technologies for precise, artifact-free imaging. This system features smart dual illuminators and a wide-field detection microscope, enabling real-time focus sweeping. This functionality allows for the extension of the thinnest focus area across the full field of view, enhancing homogeneity and image quality without manual microscope adjustments. It includes automatic chamber loading and sample manipulation, with the capability to switch between illumination and detection objectives seamlessly. The system provides high-resolution imaging, enabling detailed macro- and micro-scale visualization of samples in a single session. The 3D viewer, equipped with LINDA interface expansion, facilitates interactive volume scanning by providing a 3D preview of the sample, optimizing user interaction and reducing learning curves. Its fully automated features support efficient, multi-user operation.
Alpha³ Facility Edition combines key patented technologies to provide a uniform, optimally resolved and full field light sheet image.
