Cryogenic Liquids are produced at liquefaction plants and transported to end users. These liquids are then vaporized / re-gasified for different industrial and commercial applications. In wanner countries ambient heat is available all 24 hours & 36S days. This free energy is used for vaporization and therefore popularly called as Natural Draft Cryogenic Vaporizers

CRYOGAS also offers interconnecting piping precisely designed while taking care of contraction and expansion w.r.t. stress analysis.

Equalised distribution of cryogenic liquid into different vaporizer units in a bank is extremely important to avoid preferential flow of cryogenic liquid and eliminating the possibility of preferential short pass. This also helps utilize full capacity of Ambient Cryogenic vaporizers and ensures modular vaporization at all times.

Accurate design of headers manifolding within the vaporizer enable complete utilization of entire vaporization circuit & avoids preferential flow, control the pressure drop and optimize fin configuration.

Preferential placement of fins i.e. 4. 8 and 12 in different vaporization zones ensures maximization of vaporizer capacity, at the same time uses aluminium mass at the light place, reduce defrost cycle time and enhance excellent in the super heating zone.
