Aquatreat - Model 695 -Low Pressure Steam Boiler
Aquatreat 695 is a concentrated one-shot product for total treatment of low pressure steam boilers fed with RO water/demi water. AQUATREAT 695 provides a corrosion-free/deposit-free feed water (degasser), boiler water and (suitable for food) steam/condensate network.
DOSAGE AND CONTROL
AQUATREAT 695 will be injected continuously in a concentrated or in a diluted form, in the feedwater- line or directly in the boiler. AQUATREAT 695 will be dosed so that the concentration of sulphite ranges between 30 and 60 ppm SO3, and a positive hydroxyl alkalinity is obtained in the boiler-water. The pH of the condensate must range between 7,5 and 8,5.
PACKAGING
Polyethylene drums of 22 or 220 litres, containers of 1000 litres.
HANDLING
AQUATREAT 695 is a corrosive product.. Do not store with acids or oxidizing agents. Do not swallow. In case of contact with skin or eyes, flush with plenty of water.
Application: Boilers with return-condensate, RO or demi-water as feed water.
