• Brushes the sides of  round household type cylinders
• Ex-proof motor reducers rotate the brushes.
• Brushes exert pressure on the surface of the cylinders by spring cylinders

Upper side brushing machine

• Brushes the upper side of the round household cylinders and inner sides of the guards.
• System is air operated and fully automated.
• Ex-proof motor reducers rotate the brushes.
• Rotating brush descends onto the cylinder held by the stopper and ensures brushing. This process is completed in very short time.
• Motor power 0,37 kw.

Cylinder wash cabin

Cylinders passing through a cabin made from stainless steel are hot and cool washed with two pressure pumps, non stop passing of the cylinders avoid time waste. Cylinders leaving the wash cabin are dried with high pressure fans.
