Jingyuan - Model JY-G100 -Lubricating Oil Purification Filter
JY-G100 is specially designed for filtering industrial oil products. It can be used to filter new oil, pump the oil stored in the oil tank to the system oil tank, purify the oil in use, and improve the oil in the existing system. Liquid filtration performance, can be used for the purification and fine filtration of hydraulic oil, gear oil and lubricating oil.

Solid particle contaminants are the most common factor leading to failure and shutdown of hydraulic and lubrication systems, so industrial oil must be filtered and purified before being injected into the system. The pollution degree of unpurified new oil often exceeds the requirements of actual hydraulic system oil regulations. Since new oil has a high initial pollution level, most new oil (even if it is just extracted from an oil tank) is not suitable for direct use. There are many reasons for the pollution of new oil. Various pollutants, no matter particles or moisture, may be mixed into the new oil during processing, mixing and storage.
