AGS -Â Model GWS -Manual Gripper Change System for Robotic Applications
The GWS manual gripper change system is designed to enhance the efficiency of robotic operations by significantly reducing retooling times. It features mechanical locks that double as anti-rotation mechanisms for base plates across sizes 1 to 3, and utilizes clamping levers for tool-free securing of the base plates. The system supports easy interchangeability of grippers, ensuring a reproducible position that allows for straightforward mounting of drill patterns. It's compatible with both articulated and linear robots, and interchangeable with products from other manufacturers. This facilitates integration and operational flexibility. The GWS system comes equipped with compatible gripper base plates (GGP) that eliminate the need to consider fastening holes, allowing for seamless handling. With its various sizes, it supports handling weights and material options like aluminum, designed with a holding force equivalence of 10N to 1kg.
- V1 - Mechanical locking on sizes 1, 2, and 3 also serves as an anti-twist device for the GGP base plate
- V2 - Clamping levers allow tool-free clamping of the GGP base plates. All GWS sizes are equipped with this feature.
- V3 - Easy gripper change.
- V4 - 100% reproducible gripper position.
- V5 - For easy attachment of the drilling pattern.
- V6 - Suitable for articulated-arm and linear robots.
- V7 - Compatible with other manufacturers.
- V8 - With the matching GGP gripper base plates, no mounting holes for handling are required.
