IME - Model Normoclad -Metal Clad Switchboards
The basic version of medium voltage switchboards made by Imequadri Duestelle (named metal clad according to the 60298 previous standard), belongs to LSC2B – PM category whereas the internal arcing proof version belongs to the PM IAC AFLR category (according to the 62271-200 new standard). Normoclad has passed the seismic tests, carried out according to the standards IEEE 693-2005, IEC 60068-2-57 and IEC 62271-210, and performed positively with 1.0 g acceleration, show that these switchboards are able to withstand earthquakes of high intensity.
Metal clad Normoclad
- up to 36 kV - up to 3600 A - up to 50 kA (Icc)
Distribution metal clad switchboards with SF6 or vacuum circuit breakers.
- up to 24 kV - up to 3150 A - up to 50 kA (Icc)
Metal clad switchboards with internal arc proof up to 50 kA for 0,25 sec. or up to 40 kA for 1 sec.
Metal clad Normotor
- up to 12 kV - up to 4000 A - up to 50 kA
Every compartment contains up to n. 3 SF6 or vacuum MV contactors to control and protect motors, transformers, capacitors.
Characteristics
The installation of the switchboard needs very easy civic works performance. The switchboard, in some ranges, can be placed against the wall. Access to shunts for power cables connections comes from the front side.
