Microplasma Welding System
The microplasma weld process is suitable for sheet thicknesses of above 0.1 mm (0.004"). Every TransTig 800 can be retrofitted with the PlasmaModule 10 and a PTW 500 plasma welding torch. The system configuration delivers a microplasma solution to fulfill the most stringent quality specifications on welding tasks in the 0.5 A to 80 A range. Both manual and mechanized utilization is possible.
