The LYC-30 mobile centrifugal oil purifier machine has provided two solutions for high viscosity lubrication oil as below:

Pump the oil into the primary filter to remove the big size impurities, then oil flow preheat oil tank; to heat the oil to 95? by preheating system; furthermore the oil flow to centrifugal separator to do impurities removing; finally the oil flow out through fine filter by oil outlet pump. This is the whole purification procedure.
2. If the oil is too dirty with large amount of impurities, it is advisable for you to choose to purification by our dual filtration system to remove the big size impurities firstly . After it finished, pump the oil to the centrifugal separator to do impurities removing and repeat the solution one.

1. After a certain period of running, the machine should be checked to see whether:
2. The electrical control system is safe and reliable;
3. The temperature controller is sensitive, reliable and accurate;
4. Oil seals of the pump shaft are broken with leakage;
5. There is any blockage with the running system and any abnormal noise with pumps or related motors;
6. There is any air or oil leakage with the oil running system and at sealing joints.
7. After each 3000 hours’ running, grease shall be replenished to prevent motors from being burnt.
8. If the machine will not be used over 1 month, Place the machine in a dry environment with the panel door and all valves closed, and the machine proper protected by a covering.
