In places where fresh air demand is high as a result of intense occupancy like cinemas, shopping malls, airports, office buildings, high-rise buildings, sport arenas, conference rooms, and museums to extract stale indoor air outdoors and introduce fresh air indoors are required. ERV/ERV-V units are developed to benefit from the energy of exhaust air, to minimize the load of air conditioning of outdoors and to obtain energy saving. With the help of rotary type energy recovery ventilator the unit is capable of transferring both heat and moisture between exhaust and supply air streams thus improving energy savings in the HVAC. ERV/ERV-V units are designed to be used as energy recovery ventilators as well as heating/cooling. Because of compact structure and dimensions, The units can be installed in small spaces and can be easily used in restoration buildings. Duct connections of ERV unit are located at both sides and duct connections of ERV-V unit are located at top of the unit.

  • ERV/ERV-V (energy recovery) units deliver a compact design for ventilation and air conditioning applications with direct drive plug fans with EC technology, energy recovery rotor, exhaust and supply air filters and electronic control (equipment).
  • For EROVENT units, hygroscopic rotor, transferring heat and humidity between fresh air and exhaust air, is used and the temperature of fresh air from outdoors and humidity are reduced in summer (are increased in winter).
  • With optionally added heating/cooling coils, after pre-conditioning in heat recovery unit fresh air can be heated or cooled to room temperature.
  • Electrical and automation control system is located in the device. Microprocessor based control system operates the unit according to design conditions by checking temperature, air flow or Indoor Air Quality. Control system is developed for several demand options of the investor.
  • BMS connection is possible via Modbus as standard. Bacnet and Lonworks connection is also possible as an optional.
  • Standard and optional operational conditions, season select, set temperature, and unit on/off can be done via room control panel.
  • High aerodynamic, energy efficient direct drive plug fans with EC technology are used.
  • With energy saving EC plug fan technology, and with the help of hygroscopic energy recovery rotor, it is capable of transferring both heat and moisture between exhaust and supply air streams, thus reducing initial and operational costs of the system.
  • Reduces initial investment cost of air-conditioning equipment (boiler, chiller, etc.) due to high heat recovery efficiency.
  • Reduces CO₂ emission as a result of energy saving, and prevents environmental pollution
  • Filters fresh air on steps demanded
  • 50 mm thickness of Rockwool is used for thermal and sound insulation, and the unit is also double-skin, and secured in rigid frames. It can be installed indoors or outdoors.
  • Each service door has locking mechanism to ensure safe service. To prevent leakage gaskets are used.
  • Electronic control is installed within the unit; no additional equipment is needed on site, only mains connection enhancing “Plug and Play” design.
  • ERV units have a range of 8 different models between 1000-10400 m3/h airflow rate. ERV models can be used with both vertical and horizontal outlets.
