Model PVDF -Fluorine-Carbon Color Coated Steel Sheet
Prepainted steel use CRC, GI or GL as base metal, coat paintings by continually roll painting after pre-treatment. It has nice surface & good corrosion resistance. Can be widely used in construction,shipbuilding industry, automobile manufacturing and home appliance, etc.
PVDF chemical bon has strong bonding force with good anti-corrosion and color keeping performance. It is the best color-coated steel coil.
The molecule is large and of axial bond structure. It features not only the chemical resistance but also good anti-UV and heat resistance performance.
In the general environment, the anti-corrosion limit is 20-25 years.
The machining of PVDF is not easy and the cost is high, so it is generally used for the high buildings, villas and hospitals or used as the internal/external wall in the environment with high corrosion.PVDF can provide long-term protection panel, as well as various colors and special metal coating as decoration panels.
In order to reduce the cost, thermoplastic acryl resin reaction is used. Mixing proportion: 50-70% for PVDF.
