Dutch Incinerators - Moveable Rotary Kiln Incinerator
DI’s compact moveable rotary kiln incinerator is our smallest thermal treatment system and unique in its kind. It’s the ultimate treatment solution for small waste volumes, remote areas, temporary or permanent cleaning projects, disease control and many other applications.
The entire incineration system is affixed to 2 or 3 standard ISO 40ft flat rack frames and perfectly fits within the L*W*H dimensions of a 40ft container. The installation can be put easily on a trailer truck, enabling to easily disconnect, shift and relocate the incinerator from one site to another.
The transportable system is completely manufactured, assembled, tested and commissioned in our construction workshop before shipment and can be taken in full operation within a few days after arrival on site.
Our moveable rotary kiln incinerator exists in 1 size only and has the same design characteristics as the stationary model. This unit has a 1.5MW thermal input capacity and is available in 2 scrubber design options, in particular a wet or dry flue gas treatment.
Several optional items can be added to the standard design.
This exceptional incinerator system is a low investment thermal treatment solution with low operational costs, completely automated and allowing intermittent use or full continuous operation with limited manpower. There is no auxiliary burner fuel required during continuous 24/7 operation and local consumables and utilities are restricted to electrical power supply, scrubbing additives, water supply and wastewater discharge possibility.
The moveable incinerator is designed and built in accordance with established process guidelines, health & safety regulations and environmental & pollution control standards.
All our thermal waste treatment plants are designed and constructed in accordance with the applicable guidelines, standards, directives, regulations and shall comply with any specific country and local legislation, including domestic air emission and clean air level values.
IED
The EU Industrial Emission Directive 2010/75/EU (IED) is the key Directive that covers almost all regulation of waste incineration. We have adopted this EU Directive for our incinerator designs.
BATC
For hazardous waste incineration plants with a throughput capacity larger than 10 ton/day, we comply with the latest EU Waste Incineration BAT Conclusions (BATC), as published in the EU Official Journal on December 3rd 2019.
If required, we can meet Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) BAT R1 criteria.
EPA / CEPA
Our treatment systems can be designed in full compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Canadian Environmental Protection Agency (CEPA) rules and standards that protect the environment and control pollution.
CE / UKCA / UKNI
Dutch Incinerators affirms that its thermal waste treatment plants have been assessed and deemed to be in conformity with CE and UKCA/UKNI health, safety and environmental protection standards.
