Multi-Chamber Biogas Reactor

SHARE

Based on our patented technology, we have developed a highly effective biofilm multi chamber reactor at a low cost. A 30 m3 reactor may handle up to 2.200 tonnes a year of food waste or cow manure, only 5 - 7 days of decomposition, up to 98% utilization of the methane potential.. This represents a paradigm shift in the profitability in production of biogas. You can build up a group of reactors to handle up to 20.000 tonnes or more for larger needs. The price will be considerably lower than for on-site built plants with same capacity..

WHY CHOOSE ANTEC BIOGAS REACTORS?

Investment Pay Back

Low plant costs, low investment and extremely high efficiency with up to 98% utilization of methane potential makes the investment profitable with a short pay back time.

Modular and Flexible

Modular like Lego, you can build up the capacity according to increasing need, avoid overinvestment before you need it.

Easy Calculation

We can easily help you to calculate your plant. Antec Biogas has the possibility to test different substrates in our test plant. Get in touch, and we can advise you about what kind of solution that will fit you needs.

Competence and Support

We have high technical and biomass competence, and are available 24/7 for any questions and challenges you may have.

The Antec Bioreactor is perfect for larger and medium sized farms, and one reactor can handle up to 2.200 tonnes of manure a year. The 30 m3 reactor can be built into an isolated container and is easy to place. The manure will be heated up to 37 degrees Celcius and chopped into 0,6 mm pieces before pumped into the reactor.

A Single Reactor

One reactor may be sufficient for medium sized farms.

The secret behind the Antec Reactor
We support nature´s own biological process with biofilm at large contact surface and several phases.

Reactor system

A complete reactor system will have a pumping system, heating system and buffer system in addition to the reactor.

One reactor can handle food waste from about 7000 households (SSB Statistics), and is perfect for  communities from 7000 to more than 100.000 citizens due to the flexible and modular construction, and the possibility of decentralized solutions for short-distance delivery of the waste.

Sorting at the source

Food waste should be sorted at home in separate packages and dumpers, to make the later process easy and cheaper.

Site - requirement

A site can be 40 feet containers with a full installation, or other frost-free constructions. Can be delivered fully isolated.

BIOGAS production
Due to the production of methane, the installation need to fulfill public safety requirements.

The food industry, large households (hotels, restaurants), supermarkets and the fish industry have a need to destruct biological and animal waste in a safe and efficient manner. The disposal is very costly, and the Antec biofilm reactor is the perfect soultion for both the industry and the waste management industry that handles this today.

Todays problem
Waste is a problem, but gives a considerable potential for production and use of biogas. The challenge is low efficiency and high cost - low profitability.

Solution
A biological/mechanical process that accelerates and simplifies the production process significantly. We can reduce process time to five days, and increase gas outcome with 60%.

Success
A process that can be industrialized and made available at a cost that make biogas a preferred alternative to other sources of energy.

Communities today face requirements to change the disposal of sewage sludge from open land treatment to a more environmental friendly solution, utilizing the high methane potential in the sludge for green energy production. The Antec reactor is a perfect fit for this purpose, that takes advantage of the full potential of methane at low cost, in a closed anarob solution.

Todays problem
Sewage sludge gives a considerable potential for production and use of biogas. The challange is than the cost of production is relatively high.

Solution
A biological/mechanical process that accelerates and simplifies the production process significantly.

Success
A process that can be industrialized and made available at a cost that is better or equal to alternative sources of energy.
