GTMModel Series MKA - Multi-component Transducer

SHARE

The MKA multi-component sensor for application-optimized industrial multi-component measurement measures up to six combined forces and moments simultaneously on three axes (x,y,z). It can be individually specified in all axes and channels.

Each MKA is based on the basic options of size and number of measuring channels and, based on this, is always individually “engineered” and manufactured according to your customer requirements. Our highly competent development team will support you at short notice with quick and flexible design. According to the “engineered-to-order” principle, we always find your perfect multi-component sensor together.

What should also be highlighted is the unrivaled characteristic value spread across all sizes and measuring ranges, which cannot usually be achieved with “standardized” multi-component sensors or can only be achieved in very few cases.

Thanks to the high-precision manufacturing as a monolithic workpiece, manual finishing and calibration, the MKA multi-component sensor offers an individual 6x6 sensitivity matrix with a largely flexible combination of forces and moments for high-precision measurement results with the lowest signal crosstalk, also known as “cross-talk”.

Depending on the application, the precision measuring amplifiers with integrated compensation matrix from the LT-Digitizer or MCMpro series are perfect for the entire measurement chain. GTM provides the user with everything from a single source – from multi-component transducers to precision measuring amplifiers.

The preferred areas of application for the MKA multi-component transducer are demanding multi-axial test benches and functional tests for component, component and structural testing in automobile, aircraft and general mechanical engineering. It is equally suitable for applications in medical technology as well as research and development. Benefit from more than 25 years of experience in the field of multi-component transducers.
