NOV - Model 1609 -Griffith Service Vise V-Shaped Tool

The Griffith Service Vise is a floor-mounted unit designed to hold a variety of tubular components while service work is carried out. The Griffith™ Service Vise work piece rests on a V-shaped tool support plate containing a series of tong dies. Clamping force is provided by a heavy leaf chain that is wrapped over the top of the work piece. When the chain latch is engaged, an air-over hydraulic pump supplies the power to clamp the work piece to the vise support plate.
