The operating principle of the Reel Transporter is incredibly well thought out and flexible. It can transport any typical reel ranging from 3000mm to 5500mm in diameter. To understand how simple and functional this device is, let’s check its working cycle.

Thanks to its telescopic construction, the RT can extend its beams, providing sufficient width to approach the reel at its place. The next step involves lowering it to the side movement position, and utilizing an additional 8 wheels and hydraulic cylinders, the beams approach the reel left on the ground. After the sides touch the edges of the reel, the load must be secured with a rear locking boom and then lifted to transport height. At this point, the weight of the load rests on 16 wheels, ensuring safe weight distribution on the ground. Unloading the reel is done in reverse order.
