The corrugated and sandwich roof mounting system by novotegra is designed to ensure efficient and reliable installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems on industrial roofs with corrugated or sandwich profiles. This system secures PV modules directly to the purlins, utilizing stock screws tailored for either wooden or steel purlins. With a focus on load distribution, the C-rails' centric connection to the stock screw prevents additional bending stress, enhancing structural integrity. The system offers versatility with options for both single-rail and cross-rail configurations, supporting modules mounted in both portrait and landscape orientations. The C-rails double as cable channels, facilitating organized cable management. Pre-assembled end and middle clamps, also available in an anodized black variant, provide a seamless finish by closing module fields flush with the C-rails.
