Systems over 750 kWp can only be built if they are awarded a contract in accordance with the Federal Network Agency`s tendering process. You can find out more about this on the website of the Federal Network Agency. In the last tenders, the bids awarded were around 5 cents per kilowatt hour.

Systems up to 750 kWp can be built without a surcharge. A valid development plan is required. The value to be applied for these systems is currently around 6 cents per kilowatt hour and, like the EEG remuneration, is set by the Federal Network Agency on a quarterly basis.
