P-Tubes For Burner Systems
FromTPC GmbH
A P-tube consists of a single tube with a P-shaped bend at one end. As a suspended variant, they are the optimum solution for e.g. enameling furnaces, when annealing steel wire in piercing annealing lines, and all production lines where uniform heat distribution in the smallest possible space is important. We manufacture the bends from pressed half-shells with diameters of 158, 186, and 241 mm. The diameter of the inlet pipe depends on the installation dimensions of the intended burner. The material used is determined by the customer's area of application. Commonly used materials are 1.4841, Inconel 601 (2.4851), and Inconel 602 (2.4633). For new inquiries, we support the development of a P-tube tailored to your needs with our experience and own design.
