PBS - Boilers for the Combustion of Fossil Fuels
From Power Engineering - Industrial Boilers
State-of-the-art design of industrial boilers for burning fosil fuels.
Products Details
- Products prepared for new emission limits
- Quality maintenance throughout the boiler's life
For the combustion of fossil fuels, grate or fluid combustion technology is chosen with regard to the type and parameters of the fuel. The structure of the boiler depends on the combustion technology selected.
Steam boilers are usually designed as a boiler with two vertical membrane passes and one uncooled pass. The first pass consists of the blazing surface of the combustion chamber. Three superheaters are located in the second membrane pass. The uncooled pass contains EKA bundles and air heaters. The structure of the individual parts of the boiler is designed to prevent the ash from sticking to the bundles of convection surfaces and to avoid abrasion of the surfaces.
The boiler is supplied with all accessories, fans, blowers, connecting pipes, fittings, measuring, wiring and a control system.
Technical Parameters
- Flow (steam) 70-160 t/h
